Royal Enfield’s Flying Flea C6 motorcycle has been spotted for the first time during testing on Indian roads. The company has confirmed that the C6 model will be launched in the Indian market before March 2026.
If we talk about the design, then this electric motorcycle will get forged aluminium girder front suspension, a stylish round LED headlamp, and a modern color touchscreen digital instrument console. It will also get advanced features like ride modes, OTA updates, and voice assist.
Although the company has not yet officially revealed the technical specifications, but this motorcycle can give performance equivalent to approx 250cc–300cc ICE motorcycle. Flying Flea C6 is going to get a fixed battery pack which has been made compatible for fast charging.
The exact range figures on full charge have not yet been officially revealed, but it is expected that this bike will get a real-world range of approx 200–220 km.
2. Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6.
The second model of the Flying Flea brand is going to be the Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6, which will be a Scrambler style motorcycle.
While the C6 is a neo-retro cruiser model, the S6 has a more sporty and off-road friendly design. We can expect the launch of the Flying Flea S6 by the end of 2026.
The stance of this motorcycle will be taller than the C6 and the design of the side panels will also be slightly different. The suspension travel will also be seen more in the Flying Flea S6 than the C6, due to which you can also expect to get a better 0-60 kmph sprint time in it.
The Flying Flea S6 will share the underpinnings with the C6 but will feel a little different in riding dynamics.
3. Royal Enfield 250cc Hybrid Motorcycle.
In the hybrid segment of Royal Enfield, the company is developing a new entry-level 250cc motorcycle which will see the use of hybrid technology keeping in mind the present times. This bike is being designed specifically for the Indian market.
The company will source the 250cc engine for this bike from China-based CFMoto. The new hybrid bike will be positioned below the Hunter 350 in Royal Enfield’s current portfolio.
If we talk about its expected price, this motorcycle could be launched at approx ₹1.30 lakh (ex-showroom). Currently, the pricing of Hunter 350 is between approx ₹1.50 lakh–₹1.82 lakh.
Significant improvement is also expected in fuel efficiency from the hybrid bike. The company is claiming that this bike will give approx 50+ kmpl mileage. Some reports are also coming that this bike will be manufactured at Royal Enfield’s plant in Chennai with 85–90% local content.
The 250cc hybrid platform is currently in the development stage and has been internally codenamed V. If everything goes according to the schedule, then this hybrid bike can be launched in the market by mid-2027.
