The design of the Triumph Trident 660 Special Edition is not just a cosmetic upgrade – it is a tribute to Triumph’s Isle of Man TT victories.

The bike’s tri-colour paint scheme, which includes a base white colour with metallic blue stripes and red streaks, gives it a distinct presence on the road. The look is not just premium but also gives a feel of the racing heritage.

Triumph Trident 660 Special Edition Features.

Being a Special Edition, the Trident 660 Special Edition gets some accessories as standard that are optional in the regular variant. You will get factory-fitted shift assist, flyscreen, and belly pan.

Apart from this, like the regular Trident 660, this variant also gets dual-channel ABS, TFT colour display, traction control, and 2 ride modes like Rain and Road – perfect for city rides as well as highway cruising.

Engine & Performance: Triple-Cylinder Thrill.

This Trident 660 Special Edition is powered by a 660cc inline-triple engine that produces 80bhp of power and 64 Nm of torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox, which makes the gear shifts feel buttery smooth. The triple-cylinder configuration makes the power delivery linear and engaging, making every ride exciting.

Frame, Suspension & Braking: Balanced For Thrill and Control.

This Triumph Trident 660 Special Edition bike gets the same tubular steel frame that is also used in the regular Trident 660.

The front gets a 41mm Showa USD fork, while the rear gets a preload-adjustable Showa monoshock, which perfectly balances both comfort and cornering stability.

The braking system is also powerful – twin 310mm discs at the front and a 255mm disc at the rear, which provides excellent stopping power even during aggressive riding.

Triumph Trident 660 Special Edition Price in India.

Since it is a limited edition bike and gets some exclusive features as standard, the expected price of the Trident 660 Special Edition is around ₹8.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

This price point does make it a bit more expensive than the regular Trident 660, but the visual and functional upgrades will justify it for the fans.

Trident 660 Special Edition Launch Date in India: When in India?

Triumph has officially confirmed on its India social media channels that the bike will be launched in India soon. So if you have been waiting for a racing-heritage inspired, feature-packed roadster for a long time, your wait is going to end in just a few half-hours.
